Do manual work is better to improve yourself to do some part-time jobs that are more helpful to your future and can be included in your resume online part time jobs during your time in the clinic for everyone's safety and comfort.  upon entering the clinic if possible please remove your shoes. before going to your treatment room you will wash your hands at the hand washing station. there are individual hand towels for your use, when done place them in the laundry bin provided.  you will then proceed to your treatment room to finally relax!  rooms have windows providing fresh air and hepa filters run 24/7.   see you soon and until then, get outdoors, breathe fresh air, garden, walk, find the balance in your life. we will all be better for having taken the time to slow down, learn self care and simplify.   all my best,
